The Bausa vs FLEMMING

The Bausa

Magnetic

Year: 2026

Genre: Dance

About Magnetic

The Bausa consists of Edvard Bræin Groth, Philip Bergenstjerna and Fredrik von Krogh from Bærum, Norway who started making music together in their first year of high school and debuted in 2021 as “Brødrene Bausa.” Their breakthrough came in 2023 with “Turné,” which earned them multiple Spellemannsprisen nominations (the Norwegian equivalent of the Grammy) for Song of the Year, Breakthrough of the Year and Party Music of the Year. In 2026 they rebranded to The Bausa and signed an international deal with Sony Music. “Magnetic” is their international debut single: a house and dance track that marks their step from the Norwegian market to the rest of Europe.

FLEMMING

Automatisch

Year: 2022

Genre: Nederpop

About Automatisch

“Automatisch” is one of the standout tracks from FLEMMING’s 2022 debut album. Freddy Smits built his name on nederpop (Dutch pop) that is honest to the point of discomfort — songs about feeling things before you’ve had time to think about them. “Automatisch” is exactly that: attraction and emotion on autopilot, happening faster than words can catch up with. The Dutch-language pop scene has produced some of the most emotionally direct writing in European pop, and FLEMMING sits comfortably at that end of the spectrum.
